What did I just find ?

Looking for help from all you military guru's !.What did I just pick up ?.It's made in 1941 and that's all I know only because it's stamped on the end !.On the end is stamped 2PR No 2 over an I , Lot X6 over an "upwards arrow" with these markings over and small "upward arrow" with 94 under that,RM/C is stamped as well.The primer pocket is threaded.It's about 15" long.Would this be collectible and how much is it worth ?
My camera wont pick up the markings,sorry.
Any help would be great !

GOOGLE is your friend. Try typing in "2pdr. Anti-Tank Gun" and you should get lots of information.

I can remember a War Memorial at Port Dover, Ontario that had two welded up ones. Apparently someone got rid of them as they had disappeared the last time I was there. Your Local Council in Action, I assume.

"...this be collectible..." Yep. Ammo collectors are everywhere. Except, of course, when you need one. What is the projectile like? It have a fuse?
 
The bullet is lead.I can see inside and there's a hole in the bullet bottom,maybe for the fuse your talking about ?.It's in nice shape overall.I'm just not into military stuff so someone will eventually be enjoying it !
 
2 Pr. anti-tank with a fake lead bullet. It should have either a pointed steel AP projectile or a fuzed HE one.

It is possible that the lead bullet was made up for training, perhaps by a Home guard unit once the 2 pr. had passed from front line service, or simply made by someone to put in the case. Either way, there was no lead bulleted dummy approved for service.

Not sure of the older stuff, but Blue is color coding for inert or practice. ;)

I was just looking at it now and the bullet fell out the end.It doesn't look like it was home made for sure.It has a hole in the bottom for what looks like could be a fuse ?.
