I personally don't have a problem with vegemite or marmite
My english wife taught me to mix it with peanut butter.
It tastes -------- interesting

I can eat vegimite or marmite in doses, usually veg, but...

Being that as it may
I must admit
The ozzy officer has got a few marbles for agreeing to be the guinea pig
Even if the bayonette scabbards are in effect.
It would seem......... A daunting task.

One thing the Ozzies did not lack, even this Kiwi has to admit, was balls!:)

However, they maybe a few marbles short of a full load on occassion!:D

The Aussie's sure made a beautiful SMLE rifle don't they,.....look at the blueing and furniture on the 2 rifles in the photo......immaculate.....im' drooling...

And to think that the Aussie Labour government had all SMLE rifles that had been FTR...along with the Bren's and Owen guns ....cut up and thrown in the water along the Great Barrier Reef....

I think this is a WW1 photo.....troopies are wearing puttees,...any photo of Aussie troops i saw of WW2 Aussie troops they either wore the web anklets similar to the Brits & Canucks....or the high canvas gaiter.....much the same as the U.S. troops...Army and Marine Corp..

Fear not I'm sure allot are resting in buried PVC pipe, along with the tens of thousands of Ak47's that went missing after their registry. :D

If Vegimite is anything like Marmite, I love it. Theres nothing better than Marmite spread thinly on fresh bread and butter!
