Out of curiosity, I'm wondering what brands and/or grains of 9mm do people enjoy shooting with their handguns?

I'm told CZs aren't picky, but I'm as yet undecided about what I'll be feeding my SP-01.

Most of these units run best with 124 or 147 gr. 'pills'...
That's why you'll usually find 115gr. in stock....the rest is gone!:D

when shooting the CZ-* guns, don't use the winchester 147gr ammo - it's waaaaay too hot for it, and will be kicking the #### out of your slide lock's internals. I've lost many a slide lock that way (cracked/broken). The 115gr stuff was great, that's what I prefered.

Keep on eye on where the shell casings are ejecting/landing. If they are hitting the ground more than 5-6 feet away from you, your spring is not strong enough for the ammo, so get a new/replacement spring (I get mine from Wolf Springs) , or try a lower powered load.

HK's (USP and P7).

They eat whatever I feed them but it's usually 124 JHP or 115 JHP.

No problems with the 147's either.

I haven't tried 147g in my 226 yet. Is there much of a difference in felt recoil?
( vs 115 and 124)

147 does feel different, closer to the 45acp. I don't get the impression that it's recoil is significantly different, 147 is subsonic, my gun (NZ-85) really likes the 124, the most accurate of the 3 weights for my gun.

For those of you who shoot sig p226's 9mm .. what have you found to be most accurate? I shoot winclean 9mm 115gr

I shoot a browning high power.
It likes 115gr ball, Win mfg
Talons and gold dot work great (when in a free country)

all 147gr win. I recently tried some 115gr and was surprised at the difference. The 147 has more kick. The 147 will be harder on your pistol. I think I will switch to 124gr, as I find the 115 to be snappy/flippy.
