I got this shotgun. I don't know much other then its a 20 ga and what is says on the side of the barrel

"Hudson Bay company
incorporated 2nd May 1670
made in italy"

Would like to know some info on this gun. Any questions let me know.

The hudson bay company like sears and other retail stores of the day wanted a sxs in there line up so they'd contract a smaller outside source that wood make the guns for there choosen price range. I'm sure its a well made gun
 
Oh that is not good. I need to get firing pin's for this gun, so finding parts sounds like it will be hard.

Yup, this is where the old saying of "never dry fire it screws up the firinf pins from" came from. Old guns like this didn't have hardened firing pins and I found out the hard way. The solution was the gunsmith (retired now sorry) mounted new hardened pins to the old hammers via TIG welding. Some final fitting and I had a reborn oldie that handled soooooo nice.
 
These shotguns were made by a relative of the Fausti family, mid 50's to early 60's. Fausti has confirmed this themselves. Extraordinary and quite rare as they were likely made for catalog order only due to the price. I may be getting my hands on a 16 gauge one so I will keep you all posted.
