There's nothing wrong with that one! If you want a ball handle, you can buy the ball from RCBS. Get the RCBS!!! Case in point, I picked up a RCBS Lube-A-Matic II at a yard sale. This thing was used and abused. Every nut on it was torn up from vise-grips, it was rusty, many parts were bent....essentially it had been reduced to junk. I paid $2.00 for it. Called RCBS and spoke with Jay (sadly, this great guy passed a couple of years ago), even after I told him where I had gotten the luber/sizer and its condition, he said no problem! Two weeks later I received a package with all the parts necessary to rebuild my $2.00 Lube-A-Matic II!!!! No charge for the parts and RCBS paid for shipping!
Bought a set of RCBS dies on eBay. The seller had been a little "generous" in his description of their condition. Called RCBS to arrange for shipping them back for reconditioning..they said it would be cheaper for me if they just sent me a completely new set of dies, just as long as I gave them my word I would destroy the old set.
Which I happily did!
I've had several similar experiences with RCBS. They have the best customer service and warranty in the business. Their tools may cost a little more, but you end up with 10X the product compared to even the best LEE can produce. I just read about another LEE reloading press breaking in another post....funny how you never read about a RCBS Rock Chucker breaking???
Its your money, but I've yet to see where buying cheap actually turns into a bargain in the long run! IMHO, it makes much more sense to purchase the equipment you'll actually END UP OWNING, rather than buying cheap now and then replacing it in a year or two.
LEE makes some okay stuff, and kudos to them, because their inexpensive kits do get a lot more guys into the hobby, but I decided to save an extra month or two and buy RCBS. I've yet to have cause to regret it!
