What do u use for your Su 16 F 223 or 5.56

What ammo do you use in your canadian su 16 F 223 or 5.56. Been reading lots of posts and it's 50 50.

Thanks, I phoned keltec today and they told me that the su16 f is chambered in 5.56.

I think your barrel is marked 30-30 so try that.
Mine of some reason is marked 5.56, so I guess I use 5.56. I would shoot 223 but it's a cost difference of 26 cents vs 40 cents per round.

I don't have any 30 30 ammo right now ,could you try some and let me know how it works out?My barrel is stamped 223 ,for export reasons only.But it is chambered in 5.56. The only reason I asked this question in the first place was because some body from P&D in Edmonton told me to only use 223 in SU 16 F. That's why I called Keltec to clarify. Also thanks for your input little wolf.
