It's got a 12.5" Dlask on it. I have a muzzle brake on there to make sure the OAL of >26" so it's still NR with the stock collapsed.
Muzzle devices don't contribute to overall length. You've got a prohibited device on your hands.
And yes, i have that in writing from the cfo. Search my started threads for the one about this very topic.
Although there is also talk of the muzzle device on the Troy PAR being counted to bring that to NR length, so maybe the cfo doesn't know jack. Or the lab. Or both...
Muzzle devices do not count towards barrel length. The CFO will tell you that. You can't put a 2.5" long muzzle brake on a 16" barrel to make it 18.5". However muzzle brakes do count towards the overall length of the rifle. In the case of rim-fire rifle there is no barrel length requirements, and this 12.5" Dlask barrel is perfectly legal. As long as the rifle, in it's most collapsed form, is longer than 26".
The pictured 10/22 is 26.5" with the stock fully collapsed and no muzzle brake. It's non-restricted, not restricted, and most defiantly not prohibited.

Its nice to see that shiny new rivet on your assault clip
for OAL couldn't you just put a rivet in the buffer tube so that it wouldn't close all the way? looks pretty sweet BTW haters are always hating.
