Well I finally decided to take a plunge on a trail camera and got a couple awesome surprises! Just wondering what is going on with the left side of this deer's headgear? Does it look like there are two main beams protruding, might just be me?

Also thought it was pretty cool with he double stickers that are perfectly inline on the G2 and G3 on the right side as well as a couple other forward stickers on the left side. Needless to say, he will be on the hit list next year. Thoughts on what he would score?

Thought I would share!

I'd say 155 ish , but very unique.

Be smaller next year though, he looks like an old one, got a feeling he may not be there for the daylight hours, they don't get old by being careless. :p

Only one main beam on the left side.. his left ear just kind of blurs the photo and might make it look like a second main. I think 150 -155 is a fair guess. Nice buck

Awesome! Thanks guys. How would you go about trying to kill him next year. Seeing as though he is probably a nocturnal buck, The prime time of the rut will be all I get a shot at him for eh?

Very nice buck with a unique rack! And you're right, the rut is when this guy will make his mistakes, following a girlfriend around... Hopefully he makes it through the winter!

I must say, trailcams and the pics they catch of bucks we never even knew were around, is really eye opening!!!

Cheers
Jay
P.S. The pic I posted below is the buck we knew was in the area & NEVER SAW HIM during daylight hours!!! Had 3 trail cams running on the property & caught him on 2 of them. This pic is from the night before the last day of archery season. We tried to get him on the last day, NO LUCK! Hopefully he will be around for next season!
