What do you oil your rifles with

Clean with Hoppes dry up and store without oil in the gun safe, exterior clean with a silicone rag... JP

Rem oil

Spray a little down the barrel for long term storage.

I check my guns for rust every once in a while so I can nip it in the bud while it's still superficial.

Eezox. It is by far the absolute best rust inhibitor you can buy for blued guns. I use other products for cleaning the bore and action and even lubing the action but for absolute rust protection eezox has no equal. It works well in the jungle, in salty environments and in the arctic where guns see a lot of condensation from extreme temperature changes. Read up on it and see the comparison tests. It's absolutely fantastic protection

Where are you folks getting Eezox from?

Guns n games in Alberta carries Eezox and will mail order, they are a sight sponsor. 403 742 0673. For retail market It comes in spray cans 4 oz tin and .95 oz bottle with a long need applicator. Goes on best with a microfibre cloth. Use an air can to blow it into hard to get places. I don't use it for cleaning although it is a clp. I use it for rust protection and cold weather lube only, and for those two applications there is nothing better. According to the science.

One nice feature is it dries so no oily film on the guns.

This stuff works very well in tropical coastal areas where salt is in the air, humidity is high and everything rusts. Eezox works 10 times better than the next best product. It's outstanding and should be in everyones gun cleaning kit.

No I am not a salesman and I have no connection to the company or anyone selling

No kidding. How about Walrus oil watered down with Polar Bear urine? ;)

Been using Remoil or an equivalent aerosol spray for years.

Not a spot of rust on any of my guns.

Spray and rub on surface steel and a little down the barrel.

Doesn't get much easier than that.
