What do you store your reloaded ammo in?

I find I have more brass than I do boxes for them - what do you guys store your reloaded rounds - rifle, pistol or otherwise in, and how (ie loose rounds, in packets, bags, sub-boxes, etc?
 
Ammo cans, plastic ammo boxes, factory ammo boxes, coffee cans, zip-lock bags, all kinds of containers.
 
I have the MTM flip top boxes for every caliber, store the loaded ammo in them and primed ready to load brass as well. Then all the loaded stuff goes in a custom stainless steel locker. I also have the boxes in different colors for different rounds that use the same size box:redface:.
 
For rifle calibres I use the surplus mil ammo cans for high volume stuff like Garand and M14s food. MTM boxes for the low volume stuff like 45-70.

Most pistol calibres are stored in these boxes also.

If you are a coffee drinker I use the big cans with polyethylene lids for brass, by the hundreds.
 
Match ammo - in MTM boxes. Practice ammo in either cardboard boxes by 1000rds or plastic containers by either 500 or 750rds each.
 
i use ammo cans for pistol and those plastic boxes for rifle

my girlfriend uses old containers of epsom salts each one holds about 1800 loaded 9mm is clear with a large lid and has a nice handle on it
 
Small batches for testing in zip locks with cardboard tags to ID the load.

larger batches of pistol ammo in clear tupperware-type plastic boxes bought at the dollar store. The doubel sandwiich size are about the right size for the range bag. About 200 rounds.

Larger quantities in coffee cans with plastic lids.

Wow, OCD much? Just kidding, aside from my locker being made of wood, I do exactly the same thing. Funny, it was only a week or so ago, I even realised I had the OCD when it comes to ammo.:redface:
 
40 and 9: Five Gallon Pails, but I never fill them more than 2/3 - too damn heavy!
45, 357, 44, 38 and "versions" of 40 and 9 - Ammo cans.

If I'm headed to a match, I take out the ammo I need, chamber check it and MTM box it.
 
I use 4L plastic milk jugs with the mouth cut open but leave the handle on for the brass.

I either use old ice cream buckets or old BDX 300 round boxes for loaded 9mm and 45 acp.
 
Most of my handloading is CF rifle cartridges. I use plastic ammo boxes in size 20, 50, and 100. In each box of loaded ammo or primed brass, I put a small packet of dessicant as a long term preservative. Not sure it's required, but it's no trouble.

I feel inferior to all of you, guys. I never manage to have more than a 1,000 of any pistol caliber I reload. All of my .40S&W are stored in original boxes I kept, all the 9mm are in small cigar boxes, 100 each. All boxes are stored in a filing cabinet.
