Well, you just asked a subjective question without giving any supporting info on what YOU want.
After going to the MarStar W-site & looking at the pretty pictures:

If I wanted a double action 9mm I would buy the NZ-85; because the pic of the NZ-75 shows a slide mounted "hammer drop" type safety which I don't like, while the NZ-85 has a frame mounted safety (cocked & locked).

If I wanted a single action 9mm I would buy the NP-29 as illustrated in the pics, because replacement parts (trigger length) are easily available. (Generic) Colt 9mm mags interchange.

I voted NZ-85 ONLY because I had a CZ-75 that I wish I still had....

If I buy another 9mm it will probably be a NP-29 :?

NP29 is pretty decent. Finish is really good.

I just got the NP22 and used it at the Quebec provincals and it worked flawless. :D It has the decocker so it can be a double action for the production class.

I have to say that I a fair number of rounds through it in the shot time I'v had it and the only stopage that I had was ammo related.

For the price its a good gun.

Your right, you would think that there were more Norinco owner that would fess up. :? What we need now is an Norinco owner to come in the top percentage of the sport for it to be justified to buy the gun 8) Bad part is that the price would go up and it would end up like all the other guns.

I know marstar is the obvious place for all things Norinco, but there site says that they are sold out of the NP-29...

I wanted to know if anyone knew of another dealer/sourse/guy sellings his???

Thanks though

onca, here is your NP29...

I did see a fellow club member yestersday with a NP22 and it looked very nice! I did not shoot it though :( ...shame, it would have been a perfect comparison as I had my Sig P226 out for the first time! 8). Oh well, next time.
The overall finish of the pistol was quite nice. I have a NP30 and a 1911a1 Norc clones and they are both quite nice pistols, with the NP30 being slightly better in fit and finish.
If i felt the need to own a 9mm Govt model I would certainly buy the NP29 and conversely if I wanted a lesser copy of a fine Sig, I think the NP22 is the only choice. Long and short, Norinco makes some good guns at a good price! If I were you, I would order both plus a Norc Commander, cuz every man needs a 45! 8) .
