Rifle is a SPS Tactical in 308
Choate Tactical Stock
Talley Tactical 20moa base
Burris XTR rings
Busnell Elite 3200 Mil Dot in MOA
Butler Creek Scope caps

Entire rifle is properly torqued dowm to spec. shoots almost a half moa off bags at 100 yards when I do my part and use my reloads.

Yours thoughts on this sick gat?:)

Interesting color combo. That could be called gat cam or something like that.

Blast the ugly spray bomb paint off it and have it done nicely with some black cerakote.

What type of "tactical gat" bolt handle is that?

Thanks everyone for the comments! Besides Mad Mikee... as you can clearly see its a budget rifle so why the hell do you think its spray bombed and not Cerakoted, hmm I guess its due to the fact that its a budget rifle? Also I machined it myself I know its not the best but when you learn to write a CNC code for a lathe then come talk to me bud.

Chill, you asked for his opinion....

Cool rifle.

You need to chill out. ovrec For one your new. Secondly, no where does it mention anything in your original post about budget.

This is the internet - You asked for an opinion. You got one.

Your rifle looks like garbage. Why paint it in the first place? Watch shooter one to many times?

Why bother talking big? Not like your the only person that can use a lathe.

I have lots of budget rifles but they dont look like a 6 year old painted it.

FYI - I've built some of my own bolt knobs in the past. Yours just looked huge and chunky which is why I asked where it was from.

Just wondering why its a...as you put it... "sick gat"? Is it because it looks like poodle barfed on it?

Well, this thread took a turn...

I'm going to print it out as an example of the power of attitude...

At least he torqued things down to spec...

(Lol, poodle barf...)

Maybe it used to be a kick stand or something?

Whys everyone so full of mad? Im just joking around and everyones gotta chop my head off! The krylon was all I had left over so I just did a quick job on it while it was in the oem stock. But once money starts building up maybe Cerekote black? Carry on trolls >:)

There is nothing wrong with the rifle man!, except the pain chipping of A bit, and the TACTICAL bolt knob kind of big, but this will help you get a hold of it when shooting in a very cold Environment, WHERE YOU GET THE STOCK DUDE?

My thoughts, nice stock, I would like to find out where one can get such a stock in Canada.

The tan paint does nothing for me, but that is my opinion (and you know what they say about those).

The bolt handle is big, but looks like it needs refinement to me. I would have melted those edges a bit, fillets are easy to program and don't add much to the programming.

the scope and base are nice.

Cheers,
Sean
