Lots of guys here with Chinese M-14's in Canada... who are looking to upgrade this part or that, or whole parts kits...but the American State Department is really stopping a lot of such parts from being exported outside the USA.

I'd buy M-14 parts from Israel...whether they were USGI issue or Isaeli made.
