Base polypropilene long underwear + BDU pants and insulated LL Bean Maine hunting shoes early in season and fleece top with blaze orange vest. Later on: base polypropilene longs with wool artic underwear on top with 100% wool bib pants. Top: over the underwear a wool high neck sweater and Goretex jacket with blaze orange vest and 8''leather 1000grams thinsulate Danner boots. In Arctic cold LL Bean arctic pack boots. I hate freezing....!!!!

If the weather stays warm , hunter orange kilts might catch on. They would offer a cooling breeze and also provide easy access for the ticks . Don't forget your bubba roots.

Depending on the day, yeah, this. It doesn't get terribly cool in region 2 until late season. Although I bought some "briar jeans" a couple years ago, and they are a little more water resistant than regular jeans.
