What does "Priced SPF$" mean?

Some people like to keep their ad active, showing they sold the item but want to keep the price secret. Easier to add 'spf' than delete the price then add spf

We use to put SPF then the persons cgn name, no make sure we did not gets screwed.
But people were unhappy with us doing that.
So we just put SPF until we get the funds.
As sometimes the add takes a long time to make for some people not so tech wise so done want to delete it.

Means someone offered and agreed to buy it, The OP is waiting to collect the money. Normally if money ain't collected or buyer backs out. SPF will be removed and go back up for sale. Saves deleting the ad, then when the buyer backs out. Re-post and get a infraction.

Happened to me, someone local, decided to buy something, I removed the ad from CGN. He backed out, I reposted it, item got deleted and I got a infraction over it.

I personally leave the price up there, as there is no reason whatsoever to remove it. When the payment clears, I change the title to "Please Remove" by clicking "Go Advanced" under edit. A ton of people miss this step: too complicated I guess.
