What entry level O/U for skeet would you recommend?

There are plenty of good affordable o/u options. Look for a used Browning Citori or Winchester 101. Guns with removable chokes can be found in the $1000-$1300 range. Fixed choke guns can be had for much less. Cant beat that!

I also agree. check out the EE and the used gun market in your area. The club you shoot at also.

Sorry I never noticed before I posted you had already purchased. Good choice.

Why an over under, my Benelli M4 will out shoot just about everything and everybody,
I'd like to see that. I keep reading on line various claims by the owners of tactical "shotties" that they hit more clay targets than people with expensive o/u. So far however I haven't seen it in person and would like to. Where do you shoot clay targets? Perhaps I might visit.

I have heard the same claim, but like you, I have never witnessed it.

For every three 'tactifool shottie' owners claims there will be 7 different opinions/claims.
Another Browning finds a new home, how sweet it is !

Does it do that all on it's own? It would have to based on what I have witnessed for years?! I have NEVER seen a tactical shotgunner who even knew how to stand or mount a gun properly to shoot clays, flying clays that is and stationary clays they had about a 50/50 chance!! My all time favorite moment was the day the fellows heat shield fell off in his hands and then the gun started coming apart. It was great watching two of them leave part way through the round and return to the bench each with a handful of one gun and a box of shells as they had no pouch even for ammo and were setting the shells on the ground post to post and having to bend over to get a few shells each post to stick in a pants pocket to load the gun.

LOL. I've seen that too.

I came to that conclusion today after facing a similar choice. I ended up bringing this Browning Superposed home for less than a Turkish O/U. It appears to be a very finely made and finished gun both externally and internally.

In agreement with others that this is an excellent choice but this post was not from the OP. OP has yet to act or yet to tell us what he has chosen to do.

Your comment is either meant to disturb sh!t.!.... Or..... You have just demonstrated without doubt that you know absolutely zero about clay target sports, shotguns, and shotgun shooting in general.
Shotgunning is a diverse sport. While clearly he doesn't know anything about clay target shooting or shotgunning in general he may, in fairness to him, be knowledgeable in door breaching, knocking down man-size steel targets at 7 yards, mounting a bayonet on a M4 and posing in front of the mirror with his "shotty" while wearing his load bearing vest. ;)

Check out the ATA SP series.
They are great quality for a great price. I own one and have shot at least 5000 rounds without issue. Great bang for your buck and pretty too!

Looks pretty good for 125k shells.

Relax.
