What equipment is needed to reload?

Perfect, thanks... that's the answer that I was mostly looking for. I just came to realize that the links I posted above are for the Cabelas in the US. Here's what our Canadian offshoot has to offer for $99:

I'm considering getting this as a starter press... I don't mind spending extra time on each round and figure it's the best way to learn anyway. Once I get a hang of it, I will probably get a more expensive & professional press. Let me know what you think of this one. :)

as i mentioned in an earlier post cabelas.com agrees to ship presses to Canada, I had a salesman on the phone and he quoted me the price for shipping to Quebec.

I'm just getting started like you are, I went with Dillon afterall as I was in CRAFM's area. But frankly, I should've headed back home and order the Dillon from the manufacturer's website to avoid paying that +25% price and I don't blame them cause Dillon dictates the prices...
All in all it would've been about 70$ cheaper if I had bought directly from Dillon (and that's included the 130USD shipping they quoted me)

Have you had a look here yet?? The link is for the help videos page. Before you get yourself set on the single stage press, check out the Turret press in action video.

I have one of these, but in the beginning, I almost went with a single stage as well. I think it would be kind of pokey compared to a turret press. I've since gotten a single stage press, but I'll use it for rifle only.

Thanks! I'll check it out... I've already placed an order on the single stage from Cabela's Canada (the kit for $99), even though it says that it's on backorder - hopefully once they see that they have an order waiting, they'll import one kit for me and send it over. It came out to a total of $125 with tax/shipping... one thing I don't understand though: how come they charge PST if they're not even in Quebec from what it looks like?

Anyway, I'm gonna try out the single stage first - then, if I decide that reloading is the way to go (as I'm sure I will), I'll buy a turret one for quicker reloads.. but probably something more pro than a Lee; I guess the Dillon would be nice, as suggested by Charles two posts above (plus it looks a lot more solid and less plastic than the Lee ones).

I hope Cabela's will be able to ship my Lee single stage kit to me in a reasonable amount of time. Now I'll need to start looking for some .357 and 9x19 dies. ;)
