Hey everyone I just picked up a Tavor and I love it probably the best "battle rifle" I have ever fired. I like it better then any of my AR's. Besides the trigger but I can live with that.

I have been trying to see what muzzle device to put on it and I just cant make up my mind. So I look to you for some input on the subject.
it is the NR version so 18 inch barrel. Any help would be great.

I have thought of the NEA crusader break for example.

Cheers

Pew pew!

Effin-A-Comp from Ares Armour. Lets you close and open individual ports to balance for the Tavor's specific brand of piston driven recoil:

Tried a Tavor rental the other day at a local range, and it had a brake on it made by Griffin Armaments, M4 something or other...

Anyway, it wasn't overly loud like many "sail" type brakes can be, and it didn't under or over compensate for recoil...it just worked great...no recoil, no disturbance, the muzzle just barked like any .223, and the action spit out the brass. At the end of my session, I did a "penta-tap", 5 rounds fast, and it stayed rock solid!

It's quite similar to the Effin-A-Comp, Battlecomp and the "Tripple Tap", but simpler and cheaper, I think the retailer here had them on for $109. No larger than a typical AR-15 birdcage.

Edit:
ok so the unit I'd tried is called M4SD II Compensator, from Griffin Armaments, 1/2x28 TPI
