What grease do you use with your M14

I've heard you can use just about anything, but what are some top picks in both the cheap category and the quality category?

I use TW25B - it is kind of expensive @ $11 for 12cc syringe but is supposed to be superb...

I've been using Permatex Ultra Slick.

It goes on clear so you know when it's time clean and re-apply.

You also don't need much. It's light but it stays were you need it.

No need to get expensive grease unless you want to ,, white lithium grease ( Lubriplate) or some wheel bearing grease from crappy tire. There are vids out on how and where to grease it as well .
I got a couple curved tip plastic syringes from Hungry and they work great.

I almost cringed when I first heard Hungry's recommendation about 5 yrs ago, but I have been applying motomaster low temp extreme pressure snowmobile grease with a syringe ever since. I shoot between -30 and +30 with it, and have around 3-4K rounds through that rifle without a single jam.

Me too, I got a tube for free from a friend, works great.

Lee Valley Tools also sells these syringes if you are close to one.

For the non-crappy tire grease, where do you get it from?

edit: after some quick googling I realized that all of this grease is available at crappy tire / home depot

Stinky green farm grease. I might switch to something else just to keep my safe from smelling like an old tractor.

I'm using up the remainder of my Tetragun grease. After that's all gone, I'll try Hungry's snowmobile grease.
