This is a thread on all the animals you have eaten in your life. I'll start:

Beef, pork, chicken, venison, moose, bear, caribou, local fishes, wild boar, frog legs, iguana, turtle, rabbit, squirrel, dog, cat, snake (and its heart), alligator, crocodile, ostrich, emu, turkey, duck, goose, guinea pig, wombat, eel, squid, octopus, shark, whale, seal, horse, camel.

I'm sure someone out there can top that list. . . I'm getting hungry now

A cousin of mine once handed out a bunch sausage at a family get together. He's a taxidermist (that should have been our first warning sing that something was up) and only after everyone had tried some, he admitted that the sausage was made with lynx meat.

Tasted pretty good.

Not even counting the multitude of seafood I've eaten.

Basically if it walks, swims or flies, I will eat it at least once.

Add to that, Wildebeeste, kudu, oryx, impala, springbok, warthog, blesbok and hartebeeste over in Africa as well as beluga and seal from up North here. Haven't had muskrat yet or beaver but they like to eat it up here so it's only a matter of time until it shows up at a feast and I give it a whirl.

bear, deer, moose, moose calf, elk, bison, duck, grouse, cow, pig, sheep, turkey, chicken, rainbow trout, cutthroat trout, all 5 salmon species, halibut, cod, mahimahi (dolphin). that's about it. and that's pretty much where it will stay. i'm not a very adventurous eater.
