what height mount to use with aimpoint

I just got my first ar and now the fun part begins.
I got a aimpoint to go with it but not sure which mount to get for it. How High of a mount would i need to cowitness with the front sight post?
I was thinking of going with a arms #22 mount with a half inch spacer, but not sure if it will clear the fsb.
What mount are all you experinced ar guys using with a aimpoint?

For an Aimpoint CompM2, I use the Larue LT-150. Puts the front site in the bottom third of the glass, which is where I like it.

I'm using an MI MCTAR-16 standard height mount for my Aimpoint ML2.
It co-witnesses with my fixed LMT BUIS perfectly (no spacers required).
It's well made and looks great! I'm very happy with the set up.
