what holster (s) are you using with your FNS long slide? and first impression

So I just got my new to me fns40 long slide. First impression. .. feels great and not as "toyish" as some other polymer pistols. Trigger is feels light and smooth. Points naturally, very similar to 1911 when the flat backstrap is installed.

With the flat strap on it also feels somewhat similar to a 1911 as well. I have smallish hands and it doesn't feel like a large pistol. Feels better than compared to an M&P with med grips on. M&P always felt too thin in the front, was always readjusting my grip. Can manipulate the mag release with a slight twist of the wrist like I normally have to. Mags drop freely and load quickly.

I have yet to make it to the range with it but will update when the time comes...

So.. I've been looking around to find a holster and have come across very few. Found a few videos and posts on other forums saying glock 34/35 and springfield xdm 5.25 holsters work.

What holsters have you fellow gun nuts work and use?

I used to have an FNS 9LS. I don't have it anymore because although everybody else who tried it shot it very well, I wasn't very accurate with it. Having said that, I did use it at a couple of my club's local IDPA nights. I used a Comp-Tac International holster that I got from Beetle Outdoor Supply in Barrie (so very convenient for you). Hope that helps.

We just got in the FNS 40L 5" mold, Holsters available in either Concealment or Competition style..
