I am a registered gun owner living in Toronto. Now I just want to sell my gun(Remington 870). Can I just sell it to anyone or is there paperwork I need to do?

...you need to trasfer registry to a new owner...
You can't sell it to someone without a licence.

I think you can do it all over the phone, and the RCMP will send the new owner certificates.

Cant you only do it online if you buy from a dealer who is set up to do it. As far as i know over the phone is the best way, takes about 5 minutes once you actualy get to talk to someone. On hold time is usually pretty good to, the longest I ever spent was maybe 6-7 minutes
