What is a .224 V.A.?

I found this while looking up more info on the 7.62x25mm.

What the hell is this thing? The cartridge I am querying about is in the middle

I take it then that nobody else has ever seen nor heard of this cartridge?

The last time I have seen anything like it was with the 224 Boz...but that was quite a while back and I think it was based on the 10mm...not on the 7.62x25mm like the one above appears to be based upon.

It appears to be pushing a 21 grain projectile at 2362 fps out of a 6.5" barrel
