What is a good group at 200m, 300m

There is a chart comparing the flight of a 22LR match ammo to a 308 match bullet.. I think with a 155gr bullet but might have been heavier?

Anyways, the comparison showed the EFFECTIVE drift of a 22 at 100yds to be similar to a 308 at 300yds

At 200yds, the 308 would be 500 to 600yds

At 300yds, the 308 would be at 1000yds... now of course, there are all sorts of ammo so this is just a ball park discussion. so if you take these distances and compare what is excellent accuracy, you will find that 1/2 MOA at distance with a 308 is very demanding especially when reaching out to 1k.

So at 100yds, the 22lr at 1.5" is great

at 200yds, 2.5"

at 300yds, 5" but like 1000yds, things can go sideways pretty quick so keeping them in the 5 to 8" range is going to be a good test for the ammo and rifle.

I have heard that the CRPS targets are going to be more generous then these dimensions so if your rifle and ammo is able to meet this accuracy, you will be well placed to score well IF, you can deliver those shots from all the improvised positions they will dream up for us... in the winds that may be present.

And that is really the key to these positional games....

We just take our time and have fun . Kentucky windage - even a slight wind will put you off by a 1-2’ ! Evening of shooting- $10.00
