My armalite wasn't staked properly and all the sudden I had huge jamming issues. Essentially it was single shot. Problem was quickly identified by the gunsmith. This was an armalite produced back in about 1999. Gunsmith staked it properly and it 'a never caused an issue again.

Had that too. Was only firing one shot, and wouldn't fully cycle....it wasn't properly steaked, guessing after lots of usage, the screws back off from constant pressure from gas.....then the gas leaks out of screw and doesn't retain enough energy to cycle bolt carrier to full battery.
