Looks like some version of a French Chassepot. More photos would help.

Ok added one more pic of barrel that is all I have at the time.

Rifled or smoothbore?
I suspect it might be a Chassepot reworked into a shotgun, if it is smooth.

Ok after cleaning the gun on the butt of the stock is a bugle with a 4 on it. It looks like at has rifling but it is pretty rough to really tell.

It is Gras. It can be rebuild Chassepot. It is probably the best web about both of them (in French)
