no personal expierence with it but see alot of guys using it in 22-250ai, 22 creedmoor and other 22 wildcats that are shooting bullets in the 75+ grain
RL 19 is hard to beat in the 338 Win Mag, using 210 and 225 grain bullets.
It is quite similar in burn rate to Norma 204, and is quite versatile, being
just a bit slower burning than H4350.
I have used it with success in a number of chamberings from the 6mm up
to the 338. D.

Just did some trial loads for 257 Roberts and 120gr bullets.
The RL 19 at 44.5 - 45.0 grains of powder looks very promising!
"I use it with 150 Partitions in my 7x57. Also in my 338 Win Mag with 225 Accubonds." (potashminer)
Appears to be more versatile than just a belted magnum powder.
I'm just starting to work with a 338 Win Mag. I'l have to try the RL 19 in that.
