What is the best 22 Pistol

I have several 22's, among them a Ruger Mklll 22/45.
The Ruger is built like a tank, accurate and well worth the money. The only "flaw", if you can call it one, is the grips are on the thin side. The entire lower is a one piece polymer deal. You can mod it out for thicker grips, but that's a lot of work.
For your choices listed, I'd go for the Ruger.

There has to be a reason that a lot of people love Ruger Mark I to III. I 've been avoid to buy them base on how they look, they still ass looking but just too good to have one. No doubt it is the best, cheap enough to buy more than one. easy to get parts. shoot good. Those little gun is a must have. By the way I am getting one more next week.

of those three mentioned I would pick Walther P22. Maybe someone somewhere abused theirs to a complete failure. I bought mine used and in 3 months put about 4000 rounds through it. It is least picky of all 22 pistols. It NEVER fails to feed or eject. It feels best of all in my hand even though grip is a bit small it is still better than any other bigger ones. Unless you buy target adjustable grips Walther is unbeatable. It isn't most accurate but I still like it better than bucknarks (my second best) because they have full slide like normal pistol allowing for certain drills. Not to mention attention-geting factor. No one ever walked past without talking about my Walther.

Welcome back! I thought you had gone to the Crusades...

Walther? Who you kidding? This is really what you want!

Given your choices, go with the Ruger.

And while you are at it, get an "Ultimate Cliploader" for loading magazines. It will make going through 300 rounds a session a breeze.

I haven’t left yet - leave on Tuesday for 10 days. Johnylongshot is visiting this weekend, hopefully we can get to the range.

I thought of the Kadet, but wanted something that looked different than my CZ-75B
