What is the best way to remove the ink stamps from plastic hulls?

Brake cleaner will take it off, but you need to remove it asap because it also will attack the plastic if left on too long. Spray-wipe done.

I think using something that doesn't dissolve plastic is a better idea...

Varsol and alcohol takes most inks off of stuff in the printing industry, I have found that WD40 will take some of these inks off of plastic.

As far as panties Baccardi 151 or a good wine seems to never failed for me...

It has already been mentioned but alcohol will likely do it. I keep a bottle of 99.9% isopropyl alcohol around and it is my go to solvent. I use it nearly daily on everything from removing stuff like marker to sticky labels. I recommend everybody have a bottle on hand.

Throw hulls in a pillowcase and throw them in the dryer. They will come out sparking clean with no stamps left.

If you live in an area like I do you have to ask for it, the pharmacy owner told me it's not on the shelf as some people in the area still like to drink it.
