what is the biggest game can Tikka T3 .270 win hunt ?

Huh? Are you being serious?

ya a little bit
does the average basement hand loader have the equipment and (up to date) resources of product
brass , powder ect
to match the likes of Sako , Norma , Federal , Hornady .
I'm not saying re-loading is mistake , just not the advantage it once was

Hand loading is a hobby, gives you variety and can save you money. But I’ve shot just as many animals with factory ammo as hand loads. Good ammo is good ammo regardless if it off the shelf or out of your basement. It’s not hard to make good handloads thankfully.

One of the main benefits of handloading over factory ammo that cannot be denied is tuning your load to YOUR rifle.

Sure, factory ammo can be great. But when you can change seating depth, or the primer used, or the powder, or....

Well, the results of any one of those can be pretty big.

That variety is just not there with off the shelf ammo. Almost everyone knows that YMMV when you buy ammo and shoot it in your rifle compared to everyone else's.....

Even if its simply a matter of running a bullet out longer to kiss the lands....

Joel
the above target shot's are really not that impressive ,
I honestly can do that with factory 280 AI and my 30-06, even better with the 280 AI
Now can I send a pic , not into that , pics are ?
don't need to re-load
It really is all hobby now
note the 3 shot and not the 5 warm for 50 bucks

Spruster, the accuracy has nothing to do with it. At all. Yet for some reason people are absolutely blinded by it. It’s the only thing they see. Accurate junk is still junk. That said, I don’t believe your 280 AI can hang with those groups. I don’t believe you.

What it is about though is the sum of all those parts. Like I requested before (you conveniently ignored it), can you please find me a factory load that can compare in component, or velocity to the load I posted? If you want choice, factory ammunition isn’t it, shooting volume is a real problem and then there is availability. I’m not bad mouthing factory ammunition. But bad mouthing reloading is completely ignorant. In the true sense and meaning of that word.

And just what equipment and components do factories have that can’t be duplicated on the reloading bench today?
