What is the difference between CGN Regular and a Member?

I do not think you are right. I seen Members with 5-10 post counts and join date in 2009

There was a guy earlier this year. Rated as a newbie, with a high trader rating, been here since 2004, making post number 1.

Well, there are two types of "BIG MOUTHS", the ones who offer help and information to contribute, and the ones who post a lot of "me too!" in all the threads where posting counts towards your total.
Off topics posts do not count towards your total post count.
Your CGN rating goes up only because of post counts, not years since you joined or trader rating.
Sometimes some of the moderators (who have the ability) will give members personal titles. Slavex is one of those moderators. Do not ask him for a personal title, you may not like the one he gives you!
