What is the least amount of money I can spend on an AR-15 without getting cr@p?

Sane folks spend based on their usage. Say I use a FA 80% of the time so 80% of budget goes to it. Ammo is the killer.

It will never happen because any saving you make on the AR you will end up spending it on accesories later
