I can't speak to the Ross except by reputation but, I had a P17 Enfield in 30.06 which was uncanny in the accuracy department.

M96 Swede FSR rifle, equally accurate is the Swiss k31. I own and shoot both.

The K31's we get in our market are virtually identical with only the stocks being different wood Such as beech and walnut. These are incredible shooters. Get one while you can.

my P14 impresses me with its accuracy, way more so than my no 1 mk4's havnt had a chance to pick up a k31 yet but it is on the wish list

Makes perfect sense to me.

The Garand rifle often was issued with .075 width front blade. But the match version is .062 and makes all the difference in the world at distances at or exceeding 400 yards.

For sure^^^. Its a feature K31 owners should consider when choosing a rifle. Mainly thing being, how far do they intend to consistently wish to reach out with the rifle. Then choose the best guage blade/post for their needs.
