What is the name/number of the part I need?

Gun is a Parker Hale Supreme#4 303 sporter.Part I need is the dovetail piece that replaces the rear flip up sight.It works with a Parker hale base block known as an A20.I suspect the part was probally made by PH and probally has a # , likely an A #.thanks

hard to tell from this old pic but it is the setup used on the supreme#4(bottom gun)
you can see the general idea here.

it is just a piece of metal machined to the same shape as a PH base and fastens at the rear pivot
