What is the next evolution of a precion rifle.

The older AIs have anschutz type rails but the newer ones (AI AT and AX for sure) do not. The AI system is called "Keyslot" and is proprietary to AI. It is pretty much Keymod but slightly different dimensions.
Yah' plasma Ryfle in da' 40 watt rainge. (sorry that's my best Arnie accent via text).
Or perhaps a system that actually connects the rifle to the shooters body via a suit of sorts. Sort of a sleeve/slide on glove plus with an attachment for a handgun, that would still allow the use of the hand(s) when not shooting.
The full suit version would be designed/built so that the rifle is connected to an upper body or full suit that distributes the weight of the rifle to our whole frame. This way the energy of higher powered rifles could be distributed throughout the whole body and the shoulders could take the weight of the rifle for long free standing shots or very precise at rest shots (prone, bench etc.).
Perhaps a reverse thrust device timed with the firing sequence of the rifle. There by allowing most anyone to operate full auto. with a 50BMG one handed and stay on target, easy peasy.
Thought control for the trigger (ready, aim then think bang!), of course this could dangerous quick for those lacking good concentration/focus, but hey no more pulled shots.
Okay for present day reality, maybe. Seriously light optics that match or better todays best optics. Even if they cost a few hundred thousand ($250,000-$400,000 CDN. each). I mean if you could shave a pound or two off your 10lb.-11lb. sniper rifle and you got the cash? Why not? Maybe they are already available?
and/or options too, like Scopes with multiple capabilities built in like: Choice of several Reticles, FFP/SFP, Compass, GPS, Altitude, Distance to Target at what Angle and with Temperature, Elevation, Air Pressure, Wind Speed etc. etc. & Secondary system for Little Black Book (i.e.. ability to take notes... built in), Cell./Sat. Phone Communications, Listening/Recording Device, Video Camera Recorder of the Scope's field of view, plus a powerful Waterproof Flash Light all with a built in Lighter and Bottle Opener and only weighing 280grams or 10oz.'s (I did say several hundred thousand dollars)...
Just a couple quick thoughts from outside the box?, I wonder how much of this is already being used?

I figured most of it was out their already, but I didn't see any bottle opener or little black book which arguably are the most important.
At 1.85lbs. it's not to bad, but I bet to get it down to under 10oz./280g. would raise the cost ten fold?
Might be a decent deal at $3,500 if it's real tough and durable.

Thermal scopes are advancing in leaps and bounds due to their popularity with hog hunters down south. Lighter and have higher resolution is definitely coming.
