What is the rail type on Walther P99?

I have a walther p99 and I am not sure what the heck type of rail is below the barrel.....

It is not weaver, it is just two groves that abrubptly start and stop..

i can't seem to be able to insert pic


i suspect it is for a walther brand accessory only....

how ever have you read the manual? it should say

Sounds like you have a gen1 accessory rail which happens to be Walther proprietary. Umarex (Walthers parent company) does make a Picatinny rail adapter, finding one will be the real challenge.
The gen II and gen III P99s have different accessory rail that will fit an Technology M5 light.
