What is the repair service of Smith and Wesson in Canada

I believe Wolverine Supplies is now the warranty center. My experience with both S&W and Grech was absolutely brutal. The worst warranty work I have ever endured.
 
Grech Outdoors can not fix a brocken bird feeder. I know from personel issues & several freinds had the same trouble.
Wolverine would be a great place .

My experience as well. Warranty service was switched from Grech to Wolverine last year. In my situation Grech's hands were tied due to parts not being shipped but they failed to communicate and some of their stated commitments were not filled. i.e. they did not do what they said they were going to do. S&W eventually came through and made things right through Wolverine.
 
For whatever reason S&W simply did not set Grech up to do any warranty work. Seriously, my gun only got fixed because they pulled a firing pin bushing off a gun a customer had wrecked. Six months and then some, they couldn't send a simple part like that?!?! I blame Grech for terrible comms and inept work but SW was to blame for the ridiculous amount of time I spent waiting for the repairs to even be possible.
