Rifle is in good used condition, no cracks in Wood, all seems to be original, not sure about the rear sight.
Bore is in reasonable good condition but not super clean, this Rifle has hunted the northcountry.
Receiver on the Loading Gate side has 2 large Factory Scrolls. This side in the Stock is a 1.5Diameter Medallion inlaid Sais, National Rifle Association of America it also Shows an Eagle over crossed Rifles and underneath Centennial 1871 – 1971.
The other side on the Receiver shows Factory engraving 1871 NRA 1971
Serial number is NRA 559XX
But plate is plastic, says Winchester Repeating Arms on it.
Bluing on the Receiver is almost all gone, but on Rifle and Magazine Tube 90%.
