What is the worst shooting rifle you ever owned....

Remington 700 SPS.. two of them, both complete and utter piles of crap.. swore me off Remington for now, ended up with a Tikka instead.

What calibre Rem 700 SPS? I am beginning to have some bad feelings about my SPS in 270. Although I have only tried a few different factory ammo's and couldn't get my acceptable groups, I may have to try to reload to see if I can't tighten it up some.

ummm....cooey model 64b .22. I was 14 when i got this to replace a model 39 single shot. i was right proud of 'er. took it up in the woods, set up a target, put in the 10rnd mag and PR-RR-RR-RR-RRACK!!!!!! 6 rounds with one depression of the trigger, followed by a jam
dad took it to the gunsmith, and he replaced the sear, some retard tried to convert it to full auto. just like lightning it never struck the same spot twice

Worst shooting - one of my No.4's with a two groove barrel and lead bullets. My goodness, I could have done better shooting from the hip blindfolded!! Rifle shot milsurp fine, but, oh boy!! Just walk past it with lead and ........:p:p

I'd have to say my Mossberg 185 and 195 bolt action shotguns in 12 and 20 guage. It is just near impossible to bolt shells into a chamber as the removable magazine holds 2. one horizontal and the second sticking up at a 45 degree angle. The first round almost always gets jammed, and the second will too if the action isnt cycled at the perfect speed. I still have them, but dont use them for hunting. Just skeet shooting, which the C-lect choke works wonders for. You just dial up how much choke your particular style needs and I get on average 95 out of 100 clays. Too bad about the feeding problem. Luckily I usually only need 1 shot using a single clay thrower.
