What is this .22 (PICS ADDED)

What is this .22 sorry camera is down
on the barrel KAL.22.LONG.RIFLE
on the receiver CESKA ZBROJOVKA AKC. SPOL. v PRAZ then the rear scope side mount. the extractor on it it like older Anschutz. front of the receiver has a big dovetail scope mount.the scope on it says MALOV 2 1/2 X
and looks like its from before the second ww.any idea???

That scope and mount look like a rare bird. P&S militaria has some CZ/Brno 22's on their website...they may be similar...they might even have a stock that would fit.
