Definately a shotshell press - 2 hopers, 1 for powder and 1 for shot.

Maybe a Pacific.

Looks like a Pacific DL360. Hornady took them over 20 years ago. They were supposedly v good presses.

Turns out it's a "Polar Bair 600" (aka Pacific 600).

I bought it and got these two mystery devices with it. What are they (are they even reloading-related)?:

Paper shotgun shell roll crimpers. Made in most gauges but most likely yours are 12ga. One is missing the handle I see and around here unless it is made by some fancy outfit yours look like $25-$30 specimens.

Yep those are roll crimpers and they work on plastic shot shell as well, I use one for slugs and some CAS loads

I use one of those to finish off 2 1/2" black powder shells.

Collectors in the US might pay a few $ for those. But I'm not sure how many are in circulation.
