Looks like it says 700 kgs on the side of barrel and ontop from what I can make out reads Fa de Teoacro ArrizAbalaga Eibar-Espana 454 cal 28 HJBA

OMG You guys are brutal! OP, clearly its an 1899 Savage full military wood in 303 Savage, the matching serial numbered bayo is in mint condition from what I can tell. Where did you find it? Thinking of selling? Do you have any bore pics? PM me.

Azanza y Arrizabalaga was a shop in Eibar, Spain, up in the Basque country. Among other things, they built the "Old Model" .455" revolvers (a copy of an early large-frame S&W top-break in SA/DA configuration) for the British early in War One.

This sounds like a 28-bore from their shop.
