spare parts / cleaning kit that was issued with Swedish Model 42 B ,6.5 x 55 mm semi -auto military rifle.
Many were sold as surplus in Canada a few years back.
 
It's a spare parts kit issued with the AgBM42 Swedish Ljungman semi auto rifle in 6.5x55.

All of the first rifles that came into Canada were sold with that kit, spare mag, sling and bayonet with frog.

I'm talking about the first couple of shipments into Lever Arms. A year later, the kits disappeared but so did the pristine M42B rifles.

I was under the impression that no one ever made spare mags for the AG42B and if you had a spare mag for your rifle, that meant there was another rifle out there sans magazine.
