What is this please? 11.4mm x 41mm BP

The second cartridge I need help identifying is a brass centrefire, with dimensions of 11.4mm x 41mm. It is a paper wrapped lead ball. The short and fat shape is not the same as others I've been able to identify. The closest I can find is a 11.4 x 41mm Peabody Martini

Correction -

One looks like a 49mm case. Mine is clearly 41mm or a shade shorter. So, your M/79 suggestion fits. The paper makes checking the bullet diameter hard. The best I can get with a micrometer is .43mm at the forward edge of the paper.

BTW, you seem to have references I don't. What are you using?
