What is this scope mount?

Can anyone help me out here? Trying to figure out what this scope mount is... particularly interested in how they got that red dot where it is, and where I would get a level like that as well... It is a real nice set up they have there, looking to try and get something similar set-up for myself. Thanks!

I'm not sure what make that particular mount is, but SPUHR makes a similar mount that allows the addition of peripheral accessories. They have also incorporated a bubble level that is integral to the mount. Check them out.

Checked them out.. they look pretty solid, but for $500 they may be a little out of my budget. Was thinking maybe $200-300 max I can spend on a scope mount?

get ahold of richard near (NEAR manufacturing) last i spoke with him, he was able to incorperate a small picitiny rail into his ALPHA mount, not sure what they extra cost is, but the plain alpha mount is at the top of your budget at 325
