what is this Weaver scout scope?

I think it is a Weaver 849417
4x28mm extended eye relief model
9" eye relief

Not the K4 Scout from the Classic line. (Those are 4x28mm, 9.45inch eye relief as flyr said, and 50 yard parallax according to Weaver when I enquired about it.) The ocular bell of the scope I see in photos in the 20 JAN 2014 article is alike to their cheaper Kaspa line and the location on the rifle is a little bit forward but not consistent with long eye relief.

yeay, seams to be a backward scope with a 4-5in eye relief mounted forward only for the picture.
