What is this

Hi everyone I got this in some reloading stuff I bought at an auction and wondered if anyone know what it is? The green tube will fit half way in the yellow sleeve. It also has a real fine screen material that looks like it could be some kind of wad. Thanks Stu

It looks like part of the Remington speed load system for the Remington muzzle loader. The round piece of paper is set on the end of the green tube and the yellow thing is slipped over the paper and green tube to hold the powder in. Invert the piece and place your powder charge in and then place the 50 cal bullet in point out. The bullet should fit fairly snug. There is a plunger with the kit which you use to shove the powder and bullet into the muzzle of your gun. The tube with bullet and powder fits into the plunger assembly bullet end first which centers everything on the muzzle. Give the plunger a quick push and in goes the powder and bullet. Finish with the ramrod.
