Two days in a row I have attempted to order something using your shopping cart and whenever I input anything including my email it shows up in caps. Then I sent an email explaining this and again included all my info including CC# to place the order that way and no reply. Please cancel my order and delete ALL my personal info from your system NOW!!!

One of the worst websites to try and navigate. I bet they have lots of stuff I'd buy but after 5 minutes trying to search and getting everyother result except the one I'm looking for I give up and dont go back

LOL! Yes please delete all these people so I can continue to get great service and very rare stock outage when I am ordering... awesome THANKS!

I don't get it, how come it being in caps stopped you from placing your order? Email address is not case sensitive, so it wouldn't matter if it is in caps or not. Maybe I'm missing something?

Also I probably wouldn't have sent an email with my cc number on it, as email servers are not very secure, that's just me.

Interesting problem, I've had issues with the cart having items I didn't want added, but that was just a one off problem. All caps is a new one.

I don't know Tenda's site very well but password, name on credit card, billing address and some other stuff would be case sensitive: if the name and address doesn't match the credit card company's records exactly my credit card won't allow the order.

Never heard of case sensitive credit card or email problems with online shopping. I routinely use CAPS LOCK when filling out order forms.

If that’s the OPs problem, then he is out to lunch.

Ordered something from Tenda on last week and everything went through smoothly regardless of my info written with caps lock. Transfer went through CFO in less than 24 hours as well.

My neighbour and I just split on an order and it was all caps when we filled it out and everything still went through, I don't see that being an issue. I see emailing a cc number as more of an issue. Tenda gets lots of emails and I'm sure they don't have someone dedicated to answering them but if you call you get things figured out pretty quickly.

I don't get what is the issue with all caps? Generally all caps is much better and safer when buying stuff online. So people won't mess up your address especially when your postal code or address contain letter like "I/L" "0/O" etc. I always all caps when I buy stuff online. People just like to complaints about everything...

The problem I had was something went wrong with the entry format in the middle of ordering. Was no longer able to change from caps to lower case. Hence, certain items showed up on the final order partially in caps. Tried to go back and edit order...was not able to. The anomaly was duplicated on the registration when item arrived in mail. I dont think its a big deal. Got a great price...love the website.

OP i hope you know there's no difference in lower and upper case for the information that youre trying to put in

i've tried ordering from them several times and every time i get to the end of the checkout process it would kick me out and never finalize my order. called to place the order over the phone and they wouldn't accept an order that way. explained my problem and they said it was at my end and to clear my cache............... did that, tried from different tablets, my and my wifes phone, desk top here at home and from work. never looked at there site again.
too bad, i like to shop. lol
