Of the handguns I own, my favourite is my four-screw S&W Model 29 made in 1961:

The came with some well-worn post-1968 target grips rather than the original "Coke bottle" grips. I replaced them with a set of Ahrends Retro Target grips.
If I may reply, IMO, a revolver should look like a Smith and Wesson....J, K, L, or N
frame. Tapered, bull, with or without underlugs, snubs or any length, fixed sight, patridge or ramp...they are all beautifully proportioned.
OTOH, I am not a fan of the 460 or 500 or the Performance Center revos with the bizarre barrel profiles.
